Display mode
Cloud offers two display modes for the SunStone administration: cloud and advanced, with advanced containing more available settings.
The guides assume the use of the advanced display.
To switch modes, follow these steps:
- Log in to ON SunStone ⧉.
- In the top right corner, click your username.
- Select Views (mixed) Advanced, or Cloud.

SunStone application language
The default language of the SunStone application is English. You can change the language using these steps:
- Log in to ON SunStone ⧉.
- In the left menu, select Settings (Settings).
- Change the Language (Language) item.

Two-factor authentication
The two-factor authentication of the ON SunStone interface is independent of the two-factor authentication of the customer administration.
To enable/disable two-factor authentication, follow these steps:
- Log in to ON SunStone ⧉.
- In the left menu, select Settings.
- In the top menu, switch to the Authentication tab.
- Click the Manage two-factor authentication button.

Then choose whether you want to register an authenticator app or a security key. Follow the instructions on the screen.
Public SSH key
Adding a public SSH key allows you to connect to the created servers via SSH.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to ON SunStone ⧉.
- In the left menu, select Settings.
- In the top menu, switch to the Authentication tab.
- Click the edit icon of the public SSH key.
- Paste your public SSH key into the prepared field. SunStone will save it automatically.

The guide uses the advanced display mode. Switch to it.
What should I do if I lose the OTP token for Cloud?
Log in to the customer administration where the service is located, and contact us via the form ⧉. Specify the service name and request the cancellation of two-factor authentication.
