You can apply the renewal discount only to hosting services. Discount coupons cannot be applied to domains.

Applying a discount coupon to service renewal
If you have a valid discount coupon for service renewal, apply it as follows:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- In the top menu, select the type of service you want to apply the coupon to.
- Select the specific service.
- In the left menu, select Renewal.
- Check renewal discount coupon and enter the coupon code in the field.
- Click the Use coupon button.
- Confirm the order with the Order renewal button.
Order renewal:
Service renewal takes effect from the current expiration date, regardless of the renewal order date or payment date (as long as the service is active).
Common issues
Common problems with applying renewal discounts include:
The discount coupon field does not exist
Problem: The service renewal page does not contain any field for entering a coupon.
Cause: Some services, such as domains, do not support renewal discounts via coupons.
Solution: Use the coupon for the service it is intended for.
Invalid coupon code
Problem: An error message appears: the coupon cannot be used for service renewal, or something similar.
Cause: The coupon code is not intended for service renewal (it works only when creating a new service), it has expired due to a time limit or usage limit, or it does not exist at all.
Solution: Check that you are entering the coupon correctly and that you meet its conditions. If you are convinced that your coupon should be valid, contact customer support ⧉.
Frequently asked questions
Why do you give such high discounts to new customers, and almost nothing to existing ones?
We have calculated that some new customers do not use the service at all, or only partially. Operating new services costs us about half as much as running those that have been with us longer. We can therefore offer them a 50% discount, but if we gave the same discount to existing customers who use the service to its full extent, it would no longer be worth operating it.
Why can’t I get a discount on domain renewal?
We sell domains practically at the registry’s purchase prices. Any discount we offer for domains is conditional on the registry also providing that discount during the given period.
