After the set time has elapsed, the system will block the temporary support account.

The system does not automatically inform support about the creation of temporary FTP access. If you set it up at the request of a support agent, contact them within the ongoing communication.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long should I set the temporary access for?

A standard (checking) task, such as verifying FTP availability or checking files, usually takes up to about 12 hours. More complex tasks, such as solving a CMS issue (WordPress and similar), may take longer. As a rule, we recommend setting the temporary access until at least the end of the nearest business day and extending it if needed.
