Access to Grafana
Grafana is an interface for diagnosing the WMS service as a whole. At present, it cannot diagnose individual webhosting services. To access it, follow these steps:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- In the top menu, select Hosting Services WMS.
- Select the service you want to diagnose.
- In the Usage Charts table, click the Open Grafana button.

This button opens a new Grafana window, which will prompt you to enter your login credentials.
The login name is the service name, i.e. WMS*, where you replace * with the appropriate number.
If you do not know the password, you will find the change password button in the administration immediately below the Open Grafana button. Then enter the new password into the form in the Usage Charts table and save it. The change takes effect immediately.
Basic Grafana controls
Grafana contains a large amount of information about the performance of the WMS service as a whole. Unfortunately, performance statistics for individual webhosting services are not currently available.
The first set of charts shows the current CPU, RAM, and disk usage, from both the website and the database side.
In the top right corner, you can set:
- The time period for which you want to display the performance (by default last 30 minutes).
- How often you want the data on the page to refresh (by default off).
