Parameter Increase
Changing the parameters may be accompanied by a short-term outage of websites.
In the customer administration, you can increase the RAM/CPU parameter of your WMS. When increasing, you can also change the ratio of website and database performance within a certain range.
The specific RAM/CPU configuration values are:

To increase the parameters in the customer administration, follow these steps:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- In the top menu, select Hosting Services WMS.
- In the list of services, select the WMS whose parameters you want to increase.
- In the left menu, select Increase Variant.
- Adjust the sliders so that they match the required performance and its distribution between WEB and DB.
- Click the Change Variant button.
Changes to disk size and the distribution of performance between the website and the database are currently carried out by technicians. Requests for this change must be submitted authoritatively via the contact form ⧉.
