This guide covers the setup of general email notifications within the customer account. To set up email notifications about service expiration, follow the instructions in the article Administration – Service behavior before expiration.

Account Email Notifications

Email notifications for the customer account inform you about:

  • logging in to the customer account;
  • order processing for services, payments, and related accounting documents;
  • additional services before service renewal;
  • outages, maintenance, and changes;
  • discount coupon drawings.

To turn these email notifications on or off, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
  2. In the top menu, select My account Customer.
  3. In the left menu, select Account Security for login emails, or Basic settings for all other notifications.
  4. Check or uncheck the emails you do (not) want to receive and save the settings with the Save changes button.

Newsletter

To turn email newsletters on or off, or to choose topics, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
  2. In the top menu, select My account Customer.
  3. In the left menu, select Email newsletter delivery.
  4. Check or uncheck the selected newsletter topics.
  5. Confirm your choices with the Save changes button.
