Getting Started - Customer Account

Create a new account

Visit the WEDOS account registration page ⧉.

Fill in the required information:

  • First name and surname, or company, are used to identify the account owner.
  • E-mail is used for login. We recommend using an address independent of your services, especially domains.
  • Phone number is used to verify the customer in case the e-mail is unavailable.
  • Password can be generated randomly by clicking the key icon .

Check the consents and captcha.

Click the Submit button.

Verify the phone number.

Enter the six-digit code sent in an SMS message to the number provided during registration.

After successful verification, click the Continue button.

Verify the customer account e-mail address.

  1. Open the e-mail with the subject User Account Registration from WEDOS (wedos@wedos.com) sent to the address provided during registration.
  2. In the e-mail, click the https://login.wedos.com/activate/... link, where … is a unique verification code.

Done! 🎉

Log in to your new account.

Forgotten password

Visit the customer account password reset link ⧉.

Enter the e-mail under which your account is registered and click the Submit button.

If you do not know this e-mail, ask support for help. Provide the name of at least one service that is in the account.

In the same browser from which you requested the password change, open the e-mail with the subject Forgotten login details from WEDOS (wedos@wedos.com).

Click the https://login.wedos.com/newpwd-change.html?... link, where … is a unique verification code for the password change.

Recovery through a link opened in a different browser than the one from which you requested the password reset will fail.

Enter the new password. You can generate a random one using the key icon .

Copy the new password into the confirmation field.

Click the Set password button.

Done! 🎉

You can now log in with the new password.
