A login problem to the administration of a specific website (for example WordPress) should be resolved according to the manual for the corresponding content management system, or with the website administrator. We cannot provide access from our side.

Forgotten password for the customer administration
Password recovery for the customer administration is carried out via an email sent to the address corresponding to the login name. If you do not know this email, continue with the chapter Forgotten login email (login). If you do not have access to this email, continue with the chapter Unavailable login email or phone.
Request a password change using the following procedure:
- Open the WEDOS login interface ⧉.
- Under the login form, click the Forgotten password recovery link.
- On the next page, fill in the login email and the reCaptcha verification.
- Click the Send button.

This will send an email with a link to reset the password for the customer administration.
The link in the email is valid for 30 minutes from the time the request is sent. If the link does not work, open it on the same device from which you requested the password change.
Then continue with these steps:
- Open the email on the same device from which you requested the password reset.
- Click the administration link provided in the email.
- After opening the sent link, enter the new password twice.
- Confirm the new password.
Now you can log in using the new password.
Forgotten login email (login)
If you do not know the login email for your customer account, contact customer support via the form ⧉ and ask for assistance. Provide the name or number of at least one service that is in the given account, according to the example:
I request assistance with the login email for the customer administration containing the service (full service name or service number).
Support cannot provide you with the complete login email; we send the hint in the form of: la***@we***.c** (asterisks for security reasons).
Unavailable login email or phone
If you do not have access to the email you use as the login name for the customer administration (login), choose one of the following procedures:
- Try creating the cancelled mailbox again.
- Restore the mailbox on a recently expired hosting by paying for the service, or try asking the hosting provider support to enable it temporarily.
- Forward email from the domain to another functioning mailbox.
- Ask for help from customer support ⧉ using the following template:
I request a change of the unavailable login email for the customer administration from (replace the parenthesis with the original email) to (replace the parenthesis with the new functioning email). The phone number for verification is (replace the parenthesis with the phone number for login verification).
If you are unable to verify the phone number, click the change phone number link and then follow the instructions in the customer administration.

Common problems
Common problems with restoring access to the administration include:
- Verification email/SMS does not arrive
- Unavailable email or phone
- After logging in, the login form appears again
- Browser change (User-Agent)
Verification email/SMS does not arrive
Problem: The email with the link or the verification SMS does not arrive.
Cause: The problem is usually caused by a browser error during sending, or by a spam filter of the email provider or the mobile device/operator.
Solution: For email, check the SPAM folder. If it is not there either, try requesting it from another browser.
In case of a problem with SMS, check the correctness of the phone number and whether your phone is not blocking messages from number 736 370 454 (SMS gateway). Wait at least a minute and try sending the verification SMS again. If it still does not arrive, contact us ⧉. Provide as precise as possible details about the SMS sending, (time of request, phone number).
Unavailable email or phone
Problem: The account email or phone number is unavailable.
Solution: Follow the instructions in the article Administration – Unavailable Email or Phone.
Login does not go through
Problem: After successful login, the login form appears again without any error message.
Cause: There may be a browser error, or cookies.
Solution: Use another browser, or delete cookies for the login.wedos.com page according to your browser’s instructions.
Browser change (User-Agent)
Problem: When trying to log in, the following error appears: Login has been invalidated because the browser (User-Agent) has changed.
Cause: Monitoring the User-Agent parameter is a security mechanism that ensures that no unauthorized person is logging into the customer administration together with you. The fact that we record its disruption does not necessarily mean that someone is trying to attack you, but we cannot rule it out. Therefore, we prefer to block access.
Changes to the User-Agent are triggered by elements that we cannot influence, typically the browser or its extensions, even security features.
Solution: Try logging in from another browser, set anonymous mode according to the community guide ⧉, disable extensions. Turn off VPN, check the settings of antivirus software and other security features. In the worst case, try another device from another network.
Frequently asked questions
What if I do not have the email available for the account, nor the listed phone number, how will you verify me?
The authorization for the customer account will be resolved individually with you by a staff member of the authorization department.
I cannot log in to WebMail using the administration login, what should I do?
You log in to WebMail using the email created on the service and the password set for it. If you do not know the password, follow the instructions for changing the password.
If I give you the phone number, will you call me?
No, we never contact customers by phone. The phone is used only as a backup solution when email is unavailable; we use it exclusively for sending SMS codes.
