Admin Panel - Shared Login

This guide explains how to set up shared login through a third-party service for an already existing customer account. If you want to create a customer account using a third-party service, follow the guide Administration – Customer Account

If you want to grant access to your services to another customer, set them up as an authorized user according to the guide Administration – Authorized User.

Shared Login

Thanks to shared login, you can sign in to the WEDOS customer administration using the login name (e-mail) and password of another internet service. With shared login enabled, you use only one account to access multiple places. We currently support the following internet services:

  • Facebook
  • Twitter (X)
  • Google
  • LinkedIn
  • WEDOS ID
  • MojeID

Activation and management of shared login

You can activate shared login for an existing account in the login interface, or in the customer administration.

Login interface

You can sign in to the WEDOS customer administration using any supported shared login service. If this service and your customer account are not yet paired, the system will set up the connection during login.

Proceed with these steps:

  1. On the customer administration login page ⧉, select one of the supported services.
  2. Sign in to the selected service.
  3. On the Pair with existing customer account screen, enter your WEDOS login details.
  4. Click the Pair accounts button. This will enable shared login.

Management in the customer administration

After signing in to the customer administration, you can add and remove shared login accounts.

Follow these steps to access the shared login settings interface:

  1. Sign in to the customer administration ⧉ using an existing shared login, or using a login name (e-mail) and password.
  2. In the top menu, select the My Account tab Customer.
  3. In the left menu, click Shared Login.

In this interface you can:

  • Link an account with a new service: click the green Link account button and sign in to the selected service. This completes the linking process.
  • Check login history: click the green button with the clock icon .
  • Disconnect a linked account: click the red Remove account button.

Frequently asked questions

Is shared login safe?

You can set a very strong password on your customer account, but after enabling shared login, you do not have to enter it laboriously or remember it. Of course, there are risks, but in general shared login is a safe and convenient way to access your accounts. How do I make sure that only I will have access to the account?

At the moment, one of the safest and most widely used login methods is biometrics – a fingerprint or face scan, depending on the capabilities of your mobile phone. Such an option is offered, for example, by shared login using MojeID.
