Which details do you want to update?
Customer account details
Customer account details do not affect the details of the services contained within it. If you need to change the billing details, or the owner/provider details of a service, follow the instructions below.
Visit the link corresponding to the requested change:
Fill in the corresponding form and save the changes.
Instructions for filling it in can be found directly on the relevant pages.

The changes will take effect within a few minutes at the latest.

Billing details
A change to billing details will cancel the currently issued payment request for service renewal (if any) and issue a new one with a new variable symbol.
The billing details change described here is permanent and the system will apply it to the currently issued and all future service payment requests.
Billing details for already paid orders (invoices and tax documents) cannot be changed.
Log in to the customer administration and open the list of services:
Each service type has separate billing details. So if you want to make the change for a domain and its Webhosting, for example, open the links for both service types.
In the list, check the services whose billing details you want to change.
At the bottom of the table, select Change subscriber details (billing details) and click the Execute button.

Enter the current details in the form and confirm them on the next page.
The system sends all accounting documents automatically only to the specified primary e-mail.
If your billing is handled by an external accountant, i.e. someone other than the person listed as the subscriber, we recommend entering their e-mail in the E-mail 2 field.
If an unauthorized person requests billing documents to be sent to E-mail or E-mail 2, support may accommodate them. We never send billing documents to any addresses other than those listed.

If there is an unpaid payment request for the service, the system will cancel it and immediately send a new one with the new details, including a new variable symbol.

Domain owner
The instructions below describe the procedure for modifying the domain owner contact in the registry.
Registries do not allow changing the name (company name) of a domain contact and treat it as a change of domain owner. In such a case, follow the instructions Domains – Change of owner.
Log in to the customer administration and open the domain selection link ⧉.
Select the domain from the list for which you want to edit the owner contact.
If other domains also use the contact with the same identifier, the change will be applied to all of them.

In the Information table, find the Owner contact item and click the name (identifier) of the domain contact.

In the contact info/edit interface, have the authorization password sent to the e-mail address of the domain contact. Copy it into the field and click the Edit/show hidden data button.
After clicking the send password link, you will be prompted to enter a captcha code and confirm the password request with the Send authorization password button.

Edit the details in the form and tick the consents.
The contact's name or company name cannot be changed this way. Create a new contact with the current details and change the domain owner.
Confirm the changes by clicking the Submit button.
Done! 🎉
The change of contact details usually takes effect within hours (depending on the registry's processing speed).

Service provider
Log in to the customer administration and open the link according to the service type:
Select from the list the service for which you want to edit or change the provider.

In the Edit service provider details section at the bottom of the page, make the required changes.
If you are changing the company name, first name, last name, e-mail, phone, or company ID, also select the method of confirming the changes.
- The original and new provider confirm the change using e-mail and SMS: choose this if both the original and new provider have access to their e-mails and the phones are able to display an SMS with the verification code.
- The original and new provider confirm the change with officially verified signatures: you can also do this without the above access. Send the form for official verification to any e-mail address you enter in the field in this option.

Carry out the confirmation according to the instructions for the selected method:
- For e-mail and SMS confirmation, click the link in the e-mail and enter the e-mail and SMS code on that page.
- For confirmation with officially verified signatures, print and fill in the form. Have the signature officially verified and send the document by post to:

The change of contact details will take effect within 1 hour after completion of the authorization. The system will issue and send a new processing agreement.
