This guide explains the ways you can pay for an order. Information on how to obtain payment details and resolve problems can be found in the guide Billing – Order Payments.
In this article, you will learn how to make a payment using the following methods:
Credit Account
With a Credit Account, you pay for orders from preloaded credit. With an active Credit Account, you can:
- Pay for orders immediately with one click (you do not wait for payment receipt and processing).
- Place bulk orders.
- Renew services automatically.
- Order through WAPI (WEDOS API).

Bank transfer
A transfer to a bank account within the Czech Republic takes 1-2 business days to process. We do not accept payment confirmation. If you are in a hurry, choose online payment.
Bank details are provided in EUR and CZK. Find the account number and other payment details in the billing documents.
When entering details manually, pay close attention to accurately copying the variable symbol and payment amount (incl. cents). Avoid rounding the amount or combining multiple payments into one.
Incorrectly entered payment details usually delay payment processing by several business days. If we are unable to identify and assign the payment in time, we will return it.
Using the QR code in the administration interface, your bank's system will obtain the exact details for entering the transfer, but it is not an online payment. After the payment with the correct variable symbol is received and processed, you will receive confirmation by e-mail.
Online payments
When paying for an order with one of the online payment methods, follow these steps:
- Open the payment details using the link in the e-mail or from the customer administration according to the guide Billing – Order Payment.
- In the Payment method selection form, check the selected payment method.
- Confirm the choice with the continue button.
- Continue according to the instructions of the GoPay payment gateway.
All online payments are technically provided by the intermediary GoPay ⧉.
Payment card
We accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electron, and Maestro payment and debit cards. After successful authorization, payment processing takes about 10 minutes.
You can pay by card only if your card is enabled for Internet payments (e-commerce). Please check with your bank. Some cards do not support these payments at all, while others may have this service disabled and you must first enable Internet payments.
Instant transfer
We support instant payments (usually within 1 hour) from these banks:
- Czech Republic: Česká spořitelna, Komerční banka, Raiffeisenbank, mBank, ČSOB, ERA.
- Slovakia: Slovenská sporiteľňa, UniCredit Bank, Tatra banka, VÚB banka, Poštová banka, Československá obchodná banka.
- Poland: Getin, Blik, Noble Bank, Bank Millennium, Bank Ochrony Środowiska, Bank Pekao S.A., SGB Bank, BNP Paribas Polska, Santander Bank Polska, Credit Agricole, Deutsche Bank, DnB Nord Bank, Bank Pocztowy, Bank BGŻ, FM Bank, mBank, Alior Bank, Citi Handlowy, IDEA Bank, IKO, Inteligo, Bank PKO BP, Plus Bank, ING Bank Śląski, PBS Bank, Bank BPH, Raiffeisen Polbank, T-Mobile Usługi Bankowe, Toyota Bank, Volkswagen Bank.
For instant payment from Fio Bank, use a regular bank transfer.
When using instant payment, the system will prompt you to log in to the selected bank's internet banking and then confirm the order summary.
Paysafecard
Paysafecard is a prepaid card that you can use to pay online. Payment processing takes up to 10 minutes.
GoPay Wallet
You can also use GoPay as a virtual wallet. You top up the balance, for example by transfer from an account. Payment processing takes up to 10 minutes.
BitCoin
Transfer BTC from your wallet in a proportional amount to the currency of your order. Payment processing takes up to 10 minutes.
We currently do not accept other cryptocurrencies.
Google Pay
Google Pay allows easy payments using a card stored in your Google account. After successful authorization, payment processing takes 10 minutes.
Paying for orders using Google Pay is secure. Google Pay does not share your card information and sends only a unique encrypted number.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay allows easy payments using a card stored in Apple Wallet. After successful authorization, payment processing takes 10 minutes.
When paying for orders using Apple Pay, a specific device number and a unique transaction code are used during payment. Apple never stores the card number. In addition, it requires authentication using Face ID or Touch ID.
The payment gateway for this method works only in the Safari browser.
