Sending documents by email
If you want to change the rules for sending payment requests and notifications, follow the guide Administration – Service Behavior Before Expiration. If you do not want to extend the service any further, terminate it according to the guide Services – Termination.
By default, the system sends the payment request in good time to the service's billing email. If you cannot find the request even in the spam folder, check and, if necessary, update the billing information according to the guide Services – Billing Information.
Changing the billing information will cancel the currently issued payment request. Within half an hour, the system will issue and send a new one with the current details and a new order number (variable symbol for payment).
The advance notice period for payment requests is 10 – 30 days depending on the type of service and the length of the billing period. We do this to reduce the risk of service outages in case of complications with email or payment.
As soon as the system successfully receives and processes the payment, it will issue and send again to the service's billing email the invoice and tax document.

Frequently asked questions
I am missing accounting documents, can you resend them to me?
First, check your email, specifically messages received on the payment delivery date. We automatically send the tax document for the received payment and the final invoice to the billing email listed in the order on the day the payment is received.
If you cannot find them in your mail, download them from the customer administration according to the instructions in the chapter Obtaining documents in the customer administration.
What should I do if I am not receiving documents by email?
Check your spam folder. If they are not there, check and, if necessary, correct the service billing information.
How do I set up additional addresses for sending accounting documents?
Our system sends documents automatically only to the billing address. If you want to forward them to other people, set up forwarding using a filter, for example according to the guide WebMail – Automatic Message Forwarding.
How can I share billing in the customer administration?
Grant the user with whom you want to share billing the permissions according to the guide Administration – Authorized Users.
What is billing in ISDOC format for?
ISDOC is a standardized XML electronic billing format commonly used in Czech accounting. It enables machine processing of invoices between accounting systems without the need for manual rewriting of data, thereby reducing errors and speeding up document processing.
If you have no idea what this is about, there is no need to worry about it – it is more of a technical matter for accounting software and finance departments than something a regular user has to deal with on their own.
