Transactions in the Credit Account
You can get an overview of transactions in the Credit Account in the client administration by following these steps:
- Log in to the client administration ⧉.
- In the top menu, select Billing.
- In the left menu, click Account transactions.

For each item, you will find:
- payment flag – special marking of payments that are:
- blocked (B): the system reserved the amount to pay for the order; the ordered service is waiting to be provisioned.
- unbilled (N): the system used the amount to pay for the order, but has not billed it yet.
- type – order payment or deposit
- service – the type of service that was paid for
- amount – the amount of the deposit (positive number) or payment (negative number)
- description – description of the specific paid service or notes for the deposit made
- order no. – order number, corresponding to the order in the billing system and the numbers of advance invoices
The balance on the Credit Account and the amounts are shown without VAT.
Billing
Each billing is accompanied by an invoice containing the billed services and deduction of the corresponding amount of credit so that the total invoice amount is 0 CZK. The system performs billing automatically in the first half of each calendar month. It sends the final invoice to the billing email of the Credit Account.
The system bills only successfully provisioned services.
You can also perform billing manually by following these steps:
- Log in to the client administration ⧉.
- In the top menu, select Billing.
- In the left menu, click Billing.
- Click the Perform billing button.

Change of billing details
You cannot currently change billing details in the client administration. Log in to the client administration and contact us via the form ⧉. In the request, state the new billing details you want to set.
The billing department usually processes requests within 1 business day.
Common issues
Common issues with the Credit Account include:
Billing details cannot be changed
Problem: The administration shows: It is no longer possible to change the billing details because there are already some accounting documents for this Credit Account.
Cause: Before changing the billing details of the Credit Account, manual verification by the billing department is required.
Solution: Request a change of the Credit Account billing details via the form ⧉. Provide the new details. The billing department staff will usually resolve the matter with you within 1 business day.
The payment request does not match the entered credit
Problem: The amount requested for payment is higher than the credit value entered in the form.
Cause: You enter an amount without VAT in the form, and the system adds it later.
Solution: Pay the amount exactly as stated in the request. If VAT is charged incorrectly, contact us via the form ⧉.

You pay VAT when topping up credit, so the system deducts amounts without VAT for service payments.

Can I pay only part of an order from the Credit Account and cover the rest by another method?
No, the entire order must be paid by one method.
Why can’t I add a newly provisioned service to billing? The amount has already been successfully deducted.
The amount is only blocked (the service has flag B in the transaction overview). Wait until the service is provisioned, then you can submit billing.
