Payment for a new order
If you have sufficient credit in the Credit Account, you can choose to pay for the order from the Credit Account in the final step (completion).
Check the option pay for this order (order price) from the Credit Account and then click the Complete order button.

Payment for an issued payment request
If you have sufficient credit in the Credit Account, you can pay an existing payment request in its detail in the customer administration. You can access the detail either via the link in the e-mail with the subject Payment request [order number], or in the customer administration by following these steps:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- In the top menu, select Billing.
- In the left menu, select Orders.
- In the overview, click the order number you want to pay from the Credit Account.
- In the detail, click the pay from the Credit Account link.

Automatic payment for services
For services, you can set up automatic payment from credit. The procedure can be found in the guide Administration – Service behavior before expiration.
If you do not have enough credit in the Credit Account for an automatic service renewal 10 days before expiration, the system will send you a notification. It then attempts the automatic renewal every day until the service expires.
After the service expires, the system no longer attempts automatic renewal. If you want to extend the service, you must create a new period manually and pay the generated payment request in the usual way, or from the (recharged) Credit Account. In that case, follow the instructions in the chapter Payment for an issued invoice.
An automatically paid payment cannot be canceled. If you do not want the service automatically renewed, turn off automatic service renewal, renew the service manually, or alternatively terminate it.
Common problems
Common problems with payments from the Credit Account include:
Automatic payment did not go through
Problem: The payment for the service was not deducted from the Credit Account.
Cause: The causes of this problem may vary, from service settings (the service must have automatic renewal enabled) to insufficient credit in the Credit Account (the system will inform you of the payment failure by e-mail).
Solution: Renew the service manually and pay the payment request from the Credit Account according to the chapter Payment for an issued invoice.
Prevent recurrence by checking the settings for automatic service renewal (including folders, if you use them) and ensuring sufficient credit.
Canceling an automatic payment
Problem: An automatic payment went through that we did not want to make; how can we cancel it?
Solution: It is not possible to cancel an automatic payment retroactively. If you accidentally renewed a service this way, terminate it. If it was a hosting service, during the termination request ask for the remaining service period to be transferred to another hosting service, if you have one. Domain payments cannot be refunded in any way. In other cases, contact us via the form ⧉. Billing issues are usually handled by the billing department within 1 working day.
Frequently asked questions
How do I order multiple services at once?
Thanks to the Credit Account, you can order some services, such as domains, in bulk. Credit can be used both for new bulk registrations and transfers from other providers.
What amount will you deduct from my credit when paying for a service? With VAT or without?
You pay VAT when topping up credit, so for service payments the system deducts amounts corresponding to prices without VAT from the credit.
