Disk service plans

You can change the plan only for paid Disk variants. WEDOS Disk Free (free with Webhosting and VPS) cannot be changed or combined into one larger space.

You can increase or decrease the disk space to one of the variants listed on the product pages of the Disk service

  • 30 GB (up to 30 thousand files)
  • 100 GB (up to 200 thousand files)
  • multiples of 1 TB (up to 3 million files / TB; maximum 3 TB)

We do not offer disks with individual parameters.


Changing the plan

When switching to a lower plan (reducing disk space)

  • Make sure that the used space is smaller than the available space of the new plan. The same limitation also applies to the number of files and users
  • You can use unused funds from the higher plan to extend the service validity by a proportional amount. Include the request for extension in your communication with technical support.

Increasing the space will be carried out by a technician when time is available. The system will then issue an invoice with a 7-day due date for payment of the price difference until the end of the currently prepaid period. If you have sufficient Credit, the system will automatically deduct the additional payment from the Credit Account.

Frequently asked questions

Is it possible to increase the number of files or users individually?

Unfortunately, we do not support any individual plan configurations (except for increasing the space).

How do I increase the Free Disk plan?

The Free Disk cannot be increased because it is tied to the service for which it was created. Create a new (paid) disk and move the data to it.
