Customer account deletion conditions
If you want to delete a customer account, make sure you do not have:
Incomplete service orders
If you have incomplete domain orders in your account, cancel them according to the guide Services – Termination. To cancel other orders, contact customer support via the form ⧉. Include the names and types of the services whose orders you want to cancel.
Active services
Active services, including expired ones, prevent account deletion. You can remove them in the following ways:
- By transferring the service to a new owner according to this guide. If you do not want to transfer the service at all, you can simply move it to another customer account.
- By terminating services according to this guide. Terminating a service does not delete it immediately, but significantly shortens the time between expiration and deletion (more information can be found in the article Services – Expiration Process).
Among the services that prevent customer account deletion are also DNS records. These cannot be terminated like other services. If you do not want to move them to another customer account (they are usually moved automatically together with the domain), remove them by following these steps:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- In the top menu, click DNS.
- Select the domain whose DNS you want to remove.
- Click the Remove button and confirm in the pop-up window.

Deleting DNS records may limit the functionality of the given domain. Make sure the domain itself is out of operation, or that it uses another provider's DNS.
Credit Account balance
Regarding resetting the Credit Account to zero, contact us via the form ⧉. Requests are usually handled by the Billing department within 1 business day.
Customer account deletion
Delete the customer account by following these steps:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- In the top menu, click My Account Customer.
- In the left menu, click Account Deletion.
- Click the Send authorization password button.
- Check your email (including the SPAM folder) and open the message containing the authorization password.
- Enter the password into the form, tick the agreement to deletion, and click the Delete account button.

How do I find out everything I need to delete before deleting the account?
Until you meet all the deletion conditions, you will see the list of unmet conditions instead of the form.
How do I terminate services immediately?
We cannot terminate services immediately, only shorten the run-out time to a minimum. Terminate the services in the usual way and then send a request for immediate service termination via the form ⧉. Immediate domain deletion is charged according to the price list. Hosting services (not domains) can be terminated as of the date the request is submitted, after which they are governed by the rules of expiration.
