List of orders and documents
The list of orders contains all service orders and their renewals, deposits to the Credit Account, and balance invoices. Use it mainly to check the status of orders.
Warning: if you have automatic renewal set for services, the system will not issue an order even if payment of the service from the Credit Account fails! Renew such a service manually.
The document list contains all documents issued for the services of a given account. Use it mainly to easily find documents of a certain type for a certain period.
Access the lists in the following steps:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- In the top menu, select Billing.
- In the left menu, select Orders or Documents.

The list shows orders or documents for the given calendar year. Older documents can be listed by selecting the corresponding year in the Archive field under the page heading.
Clicking the order number opens its detail. In the order detail, you can view or download all issued documents for this order. If this order is unpaid, you can also:

Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel an order?
From the customer administration, you can cancel a domain order according to this guide. For hosting services, ask customer support to cancel the order.
Why can’t I see the change of billing information in the order detail?
The order is in a different state than unpaid. You can change billing information only before the order is paid.
Can I share these overviews with other people?
Yes, just set this person as an authorized user and assign them billing for the given services.
How do I export the overview?
In the top right corner of the table with the listing, click the button with the downward arrow (). A list of formats in which you can download the listing will be displayed.
